Buck had this idea of building a hot rod guitar. Paying tribute to the American Hot rod and The "Big Daddy" of hot rods, Ed Roth. So we fooled around with Kar-Toons and Rat Fink and some pinstriping and came up with
"THE STRAT FINK"
The "Li'l Killer" hot rail pickups from GFS make it even more of a hot rod. Black anodized hardware and hardwood knobs to match the Provincial Pine Stain under 3 coats of Nitro Lacquer finish. Completed 6/24/07 .
Strat Fink was later purchased from Floyd by Howard Reitzes. (who owns several of my guitars now) Howard added some outstanding additions to it!!. I totally approve... Makes me smile!
