The pickups are GFS (GuitarFetish.com). "Pro Tube" Lipstick type with Alnico II magnets. The body is airbrushed with black and white lacquer and finish coated with Nitrocellulose lacquer. Completed March 10, 2010.
Paul wanted a boney hand and a Canadian Maple Leaf engraved in the black pearl pickguard. I gave him that and some added vine filigree decoration for a truly unique look. I particularly like the dragon's face on this piece. |
